Sofia Diggins

Sofia Diggins is a Yale College senior majoring in environmental studies from Houston, Texas. Her academic interests lie in sustainability, business, and energy transition. At the CCL, her work focuses on researching clean technology innovations and strategies to decarbonize the transportation industry.  Sofia also works as a teaching assistant for the School of Management class ESG Investing. She is also a member of Sube, Yale's Latinx Business Professional Group. Professionally, Sofia has spent her summers interning in various sectors. She spent a summer working at NASA Johnson Space Center on a lunar rover called VIPER. She used to intern in the ESG department of Union Pacific. Most recently she worked as an energy investment banking summer analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase. Sofia wants to build a career in the energy sector. In her free time, Sofia loves being in nature, traveling the world with her family and friends, and visiting art museums.
